The Committee reports to the Parliament as follows—
1. At its meeting on 3 March 2010, the Health and Sport Committee considered the following instruments.
The Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010
2. The Committee considered the Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010. This instrument was laid on 3 February 2010 and is subject to affirmative procedure.
3. Minister for Public Health and Sport, Shona Robison MSP, moved motion S3M-5737—
That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that the draft Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010 (SSI/2010/draft) be approved.
4. The motion was agreed to.

That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that the draft Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Treatment of Office or Body as Specified Authority) Order 2010 (SSI/2010/draft) be approved.
